How to Watch and Bet on PPV Boxing

PPV boxing is now the norm in the UK, with sports fans coming together in bars and at home to watch the action together.

Hosting a boxing fight night is a great way to enjoy the action with friends and family, but you need to know what PPV fights are and how to pay for them to ensure you get all the benefits.

Here, we explain what PPV boxing is and how much it costs. We also provide you with a PPV boxing schedule so you can add the top upcoming fights to your diary. Finally, we explain how to bet on PPV boxing at Parimatch, with tips on gambling responsibly.

What is PPV Boxing?

PPV boxing – Pay Per View boxing – is the term for high-profile boxing events you must pay to watch. These fights are unavailable as part of a standard streaming service or cable TV subscription.

So, even if you are a paying customer of the TV channel, you need to pay a one-time fee for the fight.

Given the expense, only the top title fights are designated PPV boxing events. For instance, Usyk v Fury 2, which saw the Gypsy King defeated just before Christmas, was the most high-profile PPV boxing event of 2024.

How Do You Watch PPV Boxing & How Much Does it Cost?

You can watch PPV boxing by signing up to the relevant service. Broadcasters like DAZN, ESPN, and Prime Video have the rights to most upcoming PPV fights, so creating an account and paying the fee on each service is the best way to watch the fight live.

The cost of the fights varies, so you should always check the broadcaster’s website a few days before the bout for details on how much it costs to live stream.

For example, you could stream Usyk v Fury live from DAZN for a one-time fee of £24.99. There was no sign-up subscription to watch the fight – you just had to create an account, pay the one-time fee, and watch it live with your friends and family.

PPV Boxing Upcoming Schedule

Some huge PPV fights are coming up in the next few months. Here are the dates to add to your diary and the fighters you can bet on at Parimatch:

24/01/2025: Inoue v Goodman (Tokyo, Japan)
PPV: ESPN+

Tokyo will play host as Naoya Inoue defends his undisputed featherweight championship title against Australian boxer Sam Goodman. The fight was originally scheduled for Christmas Eve, but an injury to Goodman pushed the fight back to January at the Ariake Arena.

Another title fight is on the cards in Tokyo, as Yuttapong Tongdee challenges Yoshiki Takei for his WBO bantamweight belt.

01/02/2025: Benavidez v Morrell Jr. (Las Vegas, NV, USA)
PPV: Prime Video

All eyes will be on Sin City at the start of February as David Benavidez faces David Morrell in a title clash that will be streamed on Prime Video. Benavidez’s interim WBC light heavyweight title and Morrell Jr’s WBA light heavyweight title are on the line, so something has to give.

We’re also looking forward to the fight between Brandon Figueroa and Stephen Fulton, who will compete for Figueroa’s WBC featherweight title on the night.

02/02/2025: Shields v Perkins (Flint, MI, USA)
PPV: DAZN

Multiple world champion in five weight classes, Claressa Shields, returns to the ring in February to take on Danielle Perkins in Flint, Michigan. The pair will fight for Shields’ WBC heavyweight and WBO light heavyweight titles and the vacant WBA heavyweight belt live on DAZN PPV.

14/02/2025: Berinchyk v Davis (New York, NY, USA)
PPV: ESPN+

Boxing returns to New York City in February as Denys Berinchyk and Keyshawn Davis go 12 rounds at the iconic Madison Square Garden. Berinchyk’s WBO lightweight title is on the line in what will be Davis’ first world title challenge.

22/02/2025: Beterbiev v Bivol (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
PPV: DAZN

Riyadh hosts another mouth-watering fight night as Artur Beterbiev faces Dmitry Bivol for Beterbiev’s undisputed light heavyweight championship title on Valentine’s Day, 2025.

The main event will be live on DAZN and will follow two other title bouts. The first of the night sees Carlos Adames take on Hamzah Sheeraz for Adames’ WBC middleweight title, while the other big event on the night is between Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker. Dubois will be defending his IBF heavyweight title in Riyadh.

01/03/2025: Davis v Roach Jr. (Brooklyn, NY, USA)
PPV: Prime Video

Another fight live on Prime Video in early 2025 is the March 1st bout between Gervonta Davis and Lamont Roach Jr., live from Brooklyn, NY.

Davis will be defending his lightweight title in this rearranged fight, which was supposed to happen in December in Houston. Davis has 28 KOs in 30 fights and is hot off his impressive defeat of Frank Martin in June.
