So that you have full access to our services, and for your security, we are required to verify your identity and the information you provide when registering an account with Parimatch.
We need to verify your name, age, address and, in some instances, your payment method.
Simply click on the Account Verification banner when you log on to your account, you are then able to follow the steps below:
As a first step, and to verify your name and date of birth one of the following can be provided:
• Passport: Full page (including MRZ code)
• Driver's Licence: (Front and Back)
• National ID Card: (Front and Back)
Next, to verify your address you can provide either a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months.
In the unlikely event we don’t receive these details you will be unable to make any withdrawals and we will be compelled to close your account after 72 hours. Your account will be reactivated upon verification of the above documents.
If we need to verify your payment method, you will be notified with details of how you can securely provide a copy of your credit or debit card. Withdrawals may not be permitted until your payment method has been verified.
