Millwall are sitting in mid-table in the Championship, but the Lions have just one win in their last five games, and the pressure is mounting on Gary Rowett at the New Den.
While the Millwall board might give him time to turn things around, we look at the candidates who could replace the former Birmingham City manager if he’s relieved of his duties in the coming weeks.

John Eustace
Many believe that Birmingham City unfairly dismissed John Eustace, and the talented young English manager is looking to get straight back into the game after being replaced by Wayne Rooney.
Current Millwall boss Gary Rowett was also unfairly sacked by the Blues in recent times, and there’s no doubt that Eustace will be one of the names that Millwall will look at if they feel that Rowett’s time is up at the New Den.
Michael Beale
Before heading to Ibrox, Michael Beale enjoyed relative success at Queens Park Rangers at the start of last season.
Beale failed to live up to expectations in Glasgow. Still, he could be tempted to resurrect his career in the capital city, and the Millwall job would be another chance for Beale to show what he’s capable of in front of a fiercely passionate supporter base.
Neil Warnock
Neil Warnock will be linked with every Championship job that comes up between now and the end of the season. But if Millwall want to push for the playoffs, Warnock could be the man to steer them there.
He has an unbeatable track record at this level, and he could relish the opportunity to return to London for the chance to lead the Lions to the Premier League.
Scott Parker
Things haven’t worked out for Scott Parker in his past few jobs – he struggled at Bournemouth and had a woeful time in Belgium at Club Brugge.
But the Millwall job could offer Parker the chance to rebuild his managerial career in a city where he has been successful as a player and a manager, most recently with Fulham. It remains to be seen whether Parker would be willing to step down to the Championship, but with few top-level options available, it could be necessary for him to get back into work.
