Location: Craven Cottage, London
Odds: Fulham 19/20* – Draw 14/5* – Tottenham Hotspur 23/10*

Tottenham’s rollercoaster season continues this weekend as they travel from North to West London to take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.

While Spurs have little to play for domestically, Ange Postecoglou’s team is still among the favourites to win the Europa League, with the PL taking a backseat as the club looks to end its trophy hoodoo.

But make no mistake, Fulham will be up for this one. The Cottagers are sitting comfortably in tenth position in the Premier League and playing attractive football under Marco Silva, so this will be a tough test for an inconsistent Tottenham.

Read on for our Fulham v Tottenham preview and learn how to bet on this fixture at Parimatch Sportsbook.

Fulham v Tottenham Hotspur Betting Tips

  • Fulham are unbeaten in their last two Premier League matches against Spurs, drawing 1-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this season and winning 3-0 at Craven Cottage in March 2024. Given Spurs’ struggles on the road – they’ve only won six times away from North London in the league – a Fulham win looks like a good option, available at 19/20* at Parimatch.
  • Raul Jimenez is a good option if you’re looking for a first or anytime-scorer bet in this fixture. The Mexican striker has ten Premier League goals this season, and he found the net in Fulham’s last PL outing at Brighton. In the Tottenham ranks, Brennan Johnson and James Maddison lead the scoring charts in the Premier League – both players have nine league goals.
  • Spurs v Fulham isn’t usually a good fixture for the both teams to score wager. In the last six league meetings between the two, both teams have only scored in two matches. So, if you want to include Fulham v Spurs in your BTTS accumulator, select this as one in which both teams won’t score if recent history is anything to go by.

This Fixture in History

Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham have met 35 times in the Premier League. Spurs have 19 wins to Fulham’s eight. Interestingly, Spurs have won more of these fixtures at Craven Cottage (eight) than Fulham have (six).

Looking back to their first meeting in 1903, Fulham and Spurs have met 106 times. Spurs have won 55 matches, while Fulham have won 31. There have been 20 draws.

Barring a recent 3-0 defeat at Craven Cottage, Spurs have an excellent recent league record against Fulham. In fact, since their 2-1 defeat in November 2008, Spurs have only lost twice in the league – once in March 2013 and again in March 2024.

Fulham Man to Watch: Raul Jimenez

Fulham fans were understandably worried about how they would replace Aleksandar Mitrovic after the Serbian striker completed his move to Saudi Arabia. But they needn’t have worried, as Raul Jimenez has more than stepped up to the plate.

The Mexican striker has 17 league goals in 52 appearances and has bagged ten PL goals this campaign. He offers a constant goal threat and leads the line well. Spurs will have to try and stop the long balls into the box, as Jimenez is a potent focal point for this Fulham front line.

Tottenham Hotspur Man to Watch: James Maddison

Although Tottenham have been far from their best this season, James Maddison has impressed at the heart of the midfield. The Englishman has nine league goals and five assists.

He’s the ideal player for Postecoglou’s attacking brand of football, and if the Australian remains in the dugout in the long term, we can expect to see a team built around Maddison’s talents. If Fulham are to win at Craven Cottage, they will need to keep Maddison quiet.
